Did you know most school photocopy machines have OCR scanning? This means that you can scan to an ACCESSIBLE PDF format.
What’s an accessible PDF?
An accessible PDF means that once the text is scanned into this file format on the copy machine, the text can be read with text to speech by our school board’s assistive technology (WordQ and/or Read&Write for Google).
Students can use either the school PC laptops (WordQ/Read & Write for Google Chrome) or Chromebooks (Read & Write for Google Chrome).
